How does my Data move from simPRO to my Accounts?

A key component of simPRO is the interface to MYOB and QuickBooks, the two most common accounting packages used in small businesses.

simPRO talks to your accounts package and imports all your existing customer, supplier and employee cards reducing data entry, As additional employees or suppliers come onboard, their information is migrated.

Then, as you do transactions within simPRO - quotes, jobs, invoices and receipts - the data is sent to your accounting package on demand.

On the suppliers' side, all of your purchase orders and purchase invoices are sent to your accounts on demand.

Once it is set up, the links are simple; Load data which loads all new data, or Post data which posts the information across to the accounting package. All of your transactions are now in your accounting package so that you can manipulate them as you need. There is no limit to the number of times per day you can transfer data.

All you need to do is tell us prior to installation which package you use; MYOB or QuickBooks.
